But almost to a person, they believe they are not communicating this service excellence effectively. They express a strong sense of frustration that if only they could communicate what they offer, their business would grow in leaps and bounds.
Remarkably, less than 25% have a program in place to systematically follow-up customers and extend further services to "nurture" them into long term loyal clients.
Very few EVER write to their customers after the sale.
